📦 Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays.
  • Shipping Carriers: DHL, UPS, and Sagawa Express (Japan domestic only).
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Domestic (Japan): 1–2 business days.
    • International: 2–10 business days (varies by destination and customs clearance).

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • No shipments are processed on Japanese national holidays.

💰 Import Duties & Taxes

  • Origin: All items are shipped directly from Japan.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges imposed by the destination country.
  • Important Note: These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees at checkout.
  • Refusal to pay import fees may result in delivery delays, return-to-sender, or disposal of the package. We are not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to unpaid customs fees.

🔄 Cancellations, Refunds & Pre-Orders

Order Cancellation

  • Customer-Initiated: All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 10% processing fee. This applies to all in-stock items.
  • Merchant-Initiated: If we must cancel your order due to stock issues, you will receive a 100% refund (the 10% fee will not apply).
  • Shipped Orders: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Pre-Order Products

  • Pre-orders are strictly non-refundable.
  • Payments are immediately allocated to our partners to secure your item.
  • Exception: If our partners are unable to fulfill the allocation, you will receive a 100% full refund.
  • Price Fluctuations: Cancellations or refunds due to market price increases or decreases are not permitted.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Our standard shipping contracts do not include insurance for loss or damage.
  • We cannot offer full compensation for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after they have been handed over to the carrier.

🔁 Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the item received does not match the product description.

Return Conditions

  1. Notification: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  3. Evidence: Clear photos of the discrepancy are required for review.
  4. Approval: All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

⚠️ Chargebacks & Return Completion

  • A return is only considered "complete" once the item has been physically received and inspected at our warehouse.
  • No refunds or chargeback approvals will be granted for items that are in transit or have not been returned to us.
  • Dispute Policy: If a chargeback is filed while a return is in progress, we will submit proof of shipment, delivery, and our published policies to the financial institution.
  • Filing a chargeback prematurely may delay the resolution and may result in the dispute being ruled in our favor. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
