Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • In-stock items: dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Backorder items (sourced after purchase): dispatched within 5–7 business days.
  • Pre-order items: dispatched within 2–3 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse on or after the release date.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday, Japan Standard Time, excluding Japanese national holidays.
  • If an order contains both in-stock and backorder items, the entire order is shipped together once all items are ready.

2. Carriers and Estimated Delivery Time (after dispatch)

  • Asia: DHL Express, approx. 2–5 business days
  • Oceania: DHL Express, approx. 3–7 business days
  • Europe: DHL Express, approx. 3–7 business days
  • North America (USA / Canada): UPS, approx. 3–7 business days
  • Japan: Sagawa Express, 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates counted from dispatch and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance may add several days.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated by destination zone and package weight. The exact amount is shown at checkout before payment.

4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Customs duties, import taxes and any brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or the shipping cost. We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value.

5. Shipping Insurance (optional)

Our standard shipping does not include insurance against loss or damage in transit. Optional shipping insurance is available at the customer's expense. If you would like your order insured, please contact us at contact@factrust.co.jp before placing your order and we will quote the cost. If insurance is purchased, loss or damage in transit is compensated up to the insured amount under the carrier's terms. Without insurance, we are unable to compensate for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen after handover to the carrier. We strongly recommend insurance for high-value items such as PSA-graded cards and sealed products.

6. Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • No shipments are processed on Japanese national holidays.

配送ポリシー

1. 発送までの日数

  • 在庫品：ご注文確定から2〜3営業日以内に発送します。
  • お取り寄せ品（ご注文後に仕入れる商品）：5〜7営業日以内に発送します。
  • 予約商品：発売日以降、当店に入荷してから2〜3営業日以内に発送します。
  • 営業日は月〜金（日本時間）、日本の祝日を除きます。
  • 在庫品とお取り寄せ品を同時にご注文の場合、すべて揃ってから一括で発送します。

2. 配送会社と到着までの目安（発送後）

  • アジア：DHL Express 約2〜5営業日
  • オセアニア：DHL Express 約3〜7営業日
  • ヨーロッパ：DHL Express 約3〜7営業日
  • 北米（アメリカ・カナダ）：UPS 約3〜7営業日
  • 日本国内：佐川急便 1〜2営業日

到着日数は発送後の目安であり、保証するものではありません。通関により数日遅れる場合があります。

3. 送料

送料は配送先のゾーンと荷物の重量で決まります。確定額はお支払い前のご注文手続き画面に表示されます。

4. 関税・輸入税

海外へのご注文はすべてDAP（関税受取人負担）条件で発送します。関税・輸入税・通関手数料は受取人のご負担で、商品代金・送料には含まれません。ギフト扱いや申告額の引き下げには対応できません。

5. 配送保険（任意）

標準の配送には輸送中の紛失・破損に対する保険は含まれていません。ご希望の場合はお客様負担で配送保険を付けられます。ご注文前に contact@factrust.co.jp までご連絡ください。保険料をお見積もりします。保険加入時は、配送会社の規定に従い保険金額の範囲内で補償します。未加入の場合、配送会社へ引き渡した後の紛失・破損・盗難は補償できません。PSA鑑定品や未開封BOXなど高額品には保険の加入を強くお勧めします。

6. 制限事項

  • 私書箱への配送は行っていません。
  • 日本の祝日には発送業務を行いません。
